Mohale is a practicing attorney and director at the firm. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in the year 2011. Mohale holds a BA Law and an LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as a Certificate in Corporate Law from UNISA.

Mohale is an experienced corporate and commercial law attorney with a proven track record of delivering exceptional legal advice to businesses and entities of all sizes. In between his corporate and commercial law practice, Mohale dabbles in construction law litigation, providing ad hoc legal opinions and litigating on behalf of contractors, employers (which includes Municipalities and State entities), and principal agents arising out of the JBCC Agreements, FIDIC Agreements. Mohale regularly assists clients in construction law arbitrations as well as property related disputes. Additionally, Mohale has extensive experience in legislative drafting at local and provincial spheres of government.
