Mohale is a director at the firm. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in the year 2011. Mohale holds a BA Law and an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Over the years, Mohale has positioned himself as a commercial and corporate practitioner. He provides corporate and commercial advice and assistance to clients in a wide range of industries, including the medical and healthcare industry, insurance industry and financial services industry. He assists them with the structuring of business transactions and all aspects related thereto and drafting of commercial agreements, as well as due diligence investigations and reporting. Mohale further assists clients with regulatory compliance and representation in commercial litigation proceedings and appearances before industry regulatory bodies. In addition to his commercial practice, Mohale has assisted municipalities in drafting By-Laws.
