Olwethu Peter is a Senior Associate at the firm. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in the year 2017. Olwethu holds an LLB Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Olwethu’s practice area is mainly litigation, with a special focus on local government related litigation. He has acted for various municipalities in matters ranging from evictions, contraventions of various town planning schemes, chairing tender appeals by unsuccessful bidders to defending municipalities in litigation claims. Over and above the work he does for municipalities, Olwethu does labour work for both employers and employees. He has appeared in the Labour Court, CCMA, Bargaining Councils, internal disciplinary hearings and has also participated in various investigations performed by the firm.
