Vuyo is an associate director at the firm and is an employment law specialist. He holds LLB degree from the University of Lesotho and LLM from the University of Kwazulu Natal.

He has been an employment law practitioner since 2011 when he was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with experience in representing both employers and employees. He has previously been a union official in the local government sector and has also acted against trade unions when representing employers, which enables him to properly handle delicate trade union relationships in the workplace.

He deals with individual employment law matters, including the conduct of internal investigations into allegations of misconduct and initiating disciplinary hearings, especially against senior or executive officials.

He also deals with collective employment law matters and he is currently the Chairperson of the Bargaining Forums of various Universities.

Vuyo has vast experience in presiding over matters as Chairperson of internal disciplinary hearings and as Acting Judge of the Labour Court.
